We’re thrilled to invite your organization to host a VIP Preview Night or Red Carpet Event for the premiere of the movie No Address on February 27, 2025, the day before the film’s nationwide release. This movie was created to amplify awareness of the vital work you do every day to support those experiencing homelessness. Our hope is that No Address will inspire your audience to become more aware and have empathy in a deeper way to take action in our local communities.

A VIP Preview Night involves purchasing a block of tickets to bring your supporters together for a special group movie night. Theater availability for this option will be confirmed by the second week of January. This is a simple and impactful way to unite your audience around your mission of addressing homelessness.

Red Carpet Events
Take a VIP Preview Night to the next level by hosting a Red Carpet Event. This option allows you to reserve an entire showtime at a local theater, creating a customized experience for your organization. This ensures all seats in the auditorium are exclusively reserved for your group, creating a private screening experience. This option allows you to fully customize the event to align with your organization’s mission, with add-ons like a red carpet in the lobby, Q&A with microphones, a table for promotional materials or merchandise in the lobby, and step and repeat/photo opportunities in the lobby.

What is the cost of hosting a Red Carpet Event?Hosting a Red Carpet Event typically ranges from $2,000 to $4,500, depending on factors such as theater location, the number of seats, and optional add-ons. Add-ons may include: 30 minutes of speaking time before or after the film. Microphone setup in the theater. Red carpet setup in the lobby. A table for promotional materials or merchandise in the lobby. Pre-purchased concessions like popcorn and drinks. Step and Repeat/Photo Opportunities in the lobby Add-on costs range from $100 to $750 per item, with prices varying by theater. Each theater offers different options, so the final costs will be confirmed once your proposal is finalized. We understand navigating these details can be overwhelming, so we’ve brought on theater liaisons to make the process as seamless as possible. Our liaisons will connect with your local theater, handle communications, and provide you with a comprehensive proposal, including final costs.

Can I partner with other local nonprofits interested in hosting a Red Carpet Event?Absolutely! We encourage collaboration between nonprofits to create an unforgettable night. If we don’t want to host a Red Carpet Event, do we have other options?Yes! You can customize your event to suit your needs. If you prefer not to host a full Red Carpet Event or theater buyout, you can purchase group tickets and plan a movie night instead. We are calling these events VIP Preview Nights.

We would like to work with an independent theater. How do we book through them?Red Carpet Events must be held at an approved Fathom theater. To check if your local theater is an approved Fathom location, please email Groups@noaddressmovie.com. Our theater liaisons will contact the theater on your behalf. If the theater is not currently part of the Fathom network, our team can provide the necessary agreement, Fathom’s terms, and any other relevant information the theater needs to become an exhibitor partner. If the theater is unable to join Fathom’s network, we’ll assist you in finding the closest participating theater for your event.

Will I have to call my local theater to ask if they are showing No Address and to find out the cost of hosting a Red Carpet event?No, we’ve secured theater liaisons to handle this process for you. What happens if none of the theaters near us are playing No Address?We encourage hosting Red Carpet Events at an approved Fathom Theater whenever possible, as ticket sales for No Address are vital to sustaining the creation of impactful, cause-driven films that highlight critical issues like homelessness. By hosting these events, you not only amplify the powerful message of this film but also contribute to the future of storytelling that inspires empathy, compassion, and meaningful change. If there is no theater playing No Address within a 25 mile radius of your organization or local church, we can explore the Faith Content Network (FCN) to host your event at an alternate location. Please note that availability through FCN will not be confirmed until the second week of January when we know the theater locations.

What if February 27th doesn’t work for our organization? Can we host a VIP Preview Night or Red Carpet Event on a different date?While our goal is to host as many events as possible on February 27th, the official premiere night, you may also have the option to host your event during the opening weekend on February 28th, March 1st, or March 2nd, depending on the availability and scheduling of your chosen theater.

Who helps us plan our Red Carpet Event?Our theater liaisons will handle communication with the theater. They will ensure you have all the information needed regarding policies for lobby setup, microphones, speaking time, and additional fees. Your first step is to fill out our Online Form and our theater liaison will be able to share the exact costs and a contract after the second week of January. When will we know if a theater is available near us?The final theater list will be released in the second week of January. Once it is available, our theater liaisons will confirm your preferred theater, provide a detailed proposal, and share the exact costs for your event. Please note that proposals and exact costs cannot be provided before this timeline, as it is determined by our distributor. Rest assured, our team is prepared to act swiftly once the final theater list is received.

Can we bring our own food? Can we purchase group concessions for our guests? If I don’t purchase concessions for our guests, can they purchase their own?No, movie theaters do not allow outside food or beverages. Our theater liaisons will confirm the concessions group purchase option for your theater once you submit the form, as each theater has its own concession policy and pricing. Can we only apply for funding from the film but not host an event?Hosting a VIP Preview Night or Red Carpet event is not required. You can simply apply for funding through The Big 5 GIVEBACK program. We applaud the work you do addressing homelessness and only offer this as an added benefit to amplify your mission using the power of film.
